Your New Role
The ideal candidate will lead the Warehouse team to ensure accurate and efficient on-time, in-full delivery of all client orders, including Big Box & Retail, Café & Gift, Distributor, and custom printing orders.

Your Day to Day
Lead and develop full-time and casual staff to meet daily pick and pack fulfilment targetsCoordinate with Inventory and Wholesale Sales teams to manage sales and inventory needsProvide hands-on leadership, mentoring, and frontline management to ensure team competence and motivationBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersEnsure all packing and deliveries meet customer requirements, especially for Big Box RetailersEnforce OHS standards, implement training initiatives, and drive process improvements for a safe work environmentServe as the escalation point for team, supplier, sales, and customer service inquiries related to WholesaleConduct stock cycle counting and assist with rostering and payroll dutiesPromote operational excellence and efficiency on the warehouse floorSupport weekend shifts during peak periodsPerform additional duties as required
What You Need
Strong experience leading a pick/pack teamA dependable and proactive team player with a strong work ethic and a willingness to step in when neededExceptional leadership skills to inspire and motivateAdaptable and receptive to feedback, with the ability to implement changes swiftlyAbility to build and maintain relationships, with internal and external stakeholdersStrong understanding of safe work practices and strive to continually improve safety performanceStrong eye for detail and accuracy with the ability to investigate discrepancies and process variancesRaise and resolve any unexpected issues that may cause delays with any customer orders promptlyPrevious supervisory experience within an operations or warehouse environmentWMS user experiencePeople management experience and the ability to diffuse conflict and manage day-to-day incidents constructively and calmly
