They have multidisciplinary health teams like no other including OT, Physio, EP, Osteo, Chiro, Paramedics, Nursing, Rehabilitation Counselling and Psychology. If you are an EP with 2 + years post grad clinical experience looking for the best career opportunities, you've come to the right place!
Typical responsibilities include:
- Completing assessments (physical injury, workplace, ergonomic)
- Liaising between employers, employees, insurance companies and other health professionals
- Making referrals to external clinicians as needed
- Case management (goal setting, setting return to work plans, following up on progress, delivering successful return to work outcomes)
If you are new to the field of Occ Rehab, full training can be provided as long as you have a genuine passion for workplace injury rehabilitation and are wanting a career in this field. If you're an experienced Rehabilitation Consultant, you can expect the great opportunities available when working with a market leader.
