About The Role:
You will assist in overseeing the operation of the restaurant across a variety of meal periods, through progressive team development and above all consistency in the delivery of a quality and memorable guest experience.

- You will provide on-the-job coaching and support to food & beverage staff working under your supervision
- Supervise a team of food & beverage attendants to ensure the productivity and quality standards are achieved in all processes and especially with respect to guest service and satisfaction.
- Be the face of our food and wine offering by taking orders, making recommendations and answering questions about our offerings.
- Perform administrative tasks in relation to the shift and in preparation for the next. I.e. stock levels, POS close
About You:

- Have a knack for creating relationships and connections with our staff and guests
- Immaculate presentation and communication skills
- Able to work a 7 day roster, over different meal periods. Able to work over Easter, Christmas and public holidays
- Hold a valid RSA
