About The Role
As the Head of Strategy at Splend, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and execution of the company’s strategic initiatives. Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, you will work closely to develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives, identify and assess growth opportunities, and assess market trends. The role requires someone who is an experienced strategy practitioner with exceptional analytical, leadership, and communication skills, capable of translating complex data into actionable strategies.
Responsibilities
- Identify, develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive growth and improve operational efficiency
- Conduct in-depth market and competitive analysis to guide decision-making
- Identify and evaluate strategic partnerships and business development opportunities
- Develop strategic business cases and presentation materials
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations through data-driven analysis
- Establish frameworks and methodologies to evaluate business challenges and opportunities
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the progress and success of strategic initiatives
- Extensive experience (8+yrs ideally) in strategy, management consulting, business development, or a related role
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes
- Ability to design and execute strategies
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior cross-functional stakeholders
- Ability to understand and articulate industry trends and competitive dynamics into actionable insights
