Job DescriptionIn this exciting role as a People and Culture Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional people experience for our Nine employees and leaders. You'll gain invaluable Human Resources experience by managing key processes across the employee lifecycle, ensuring seamless HR administration and coordination.
Day to day you will:
- Prepare and facilitate contracts and documentation for new hires and internal staff transfers
- Respond to employee queries, ensuring quality and timely delivery
- Assist with various visa processes to ensure compliance with immigration legislation and policy
- Support the administration of People & Culture initiatives and programs
- Support people leaders and the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment-related systems and processes
- Work closely with the wider People Solutions team to ensure ongoing optimisation of our People Solutions systems and processes of work
