Position Description
The Marketing Manager will have a passion for putting together creative campaigns, with a focus on traditional local area marketing, researching the customer, managing retail strategies and activations, project management, working collaboratively within a team and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop content strategies and set measurable goals
- Identify and facilitate PR opportunities and partnerships
- Plan and implement brand events with the team, such as store openings and social activations
- Support new store openings, including developing launch activities and aligning with shopping centres to drive localised brand opportunities
- Develop, report and analyse store marketing activities
- Analyse campaigns and translate to recommendations and plans for revising content marketing, SEO and advertising campaigns
- Manage and mentor 1 direct report
- 4+ years of experience within a Marketing Manager role, within menswear apparel/fashion essential
- A proven track record of commercial success, having worked for a major national or international fashion retailer
- Highly creative with the ability to innovate
- Collaborative team player with the ability to provide motivation to the broader team
- Strong creative eye with a passion for product and the customer
- Hands-on approach, leading by example
