We are seeking a driven and energetic B2B Phone Sales Representative to join global medical device manufacturer. Join an expanding team based out of North Ryde to drive the growth of their B2B funnel throughout the ANZ region.This will be a fulltime position based out of the North Ryde office.
Responsibilities:
This is an in-house sales role that involves collaboration with the sales and customer service team to qualify and advance opportunities in a competitive B2B environment.
This will be through a mix of outbound calling as well as "warm" leads coming through internal marketing initiatives. You will be required to develop strong relationships with both new and existing businesses.
Clients of interest include, but are not limited to:
- Physiotherapists
- Exercise Physiologists
- Chiropractors
- Surgeons
- Hospitals
- Podiatrists
- Specific Retail Outlets
- Sports Teams
Qualifications:
- 1-4 years in an (inside) sales position with a proven track record of success.
- A background in Health Science , Allied Health and Medical Device Sales would be ideal. However, general sales or health industry experience with a keen interest in helping clinicians/patients is also highly regarded.
- Industry Knowledge - Understanding of orthopaedics, medical devices, or allied health clinic operations (preferred but not essential).
- Ability to develop and execute B2B sales strategies to drive revenue growth with an ability to learn creative sales strategies.
- Ability to work independently , set targets, and consistently meet or exceed sales KPIs.
- Proven experience in building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Strong experience with CRM platforms to track leads, manage pipelines, and optimize sales performance.
