KarPro Tyre & Auto is a well-known and trusted car repair and tyre service shop in Miranda, right in the heart of Sutherland Shire. We are looking for a motivated, hands-on Store Manager to take charge of our busy workshop and lead their close-knit team.
Trading hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The Store Manager will be required to work on some Saturdays. We are looking for someone with solid experience as a Workshop Controller or, ideally, a Store Manager in a tyre & auto business. You will need to be a qualified mechanic with strong management, people-handling, organisational, and financial skills, plus the drive and energy to make things happen. You will be someone who understands integrity in auto repair-no cutting corners, no nonsense. Additionally, you will have a competitive streak but never sacrifice your moral compass.
We want a leader—someone who can inspire the team, bring fresh ideas, and create a positive workplace culture. You will be able to work independently, make decisions on the go, and be open to new suggestions and improvements for the business.
