If you have extensive experience in an Accounts Payable setting coupled with an in-depth understanding of financial processes, a high level of Microsoft Office skills this could be the prefect role for you!
Key responsibilities of this role include;
- Performing end-to-end accounts payable functions
- Entering all invoices in an accurate and timely manner
- Preparing payment and EFT runs
- Bank reconciliations
- Monthly account reconciliations
- Management of the AP inbox
- Liaising with Site Management
- Assisting with general accounting procedures as required
To be considered for this opportunity you will have;
- Demonstrated AP experience
- Experience using a large ERP system
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
- Highly organised and excellent time management skills
- The ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
- Be values driven and enjoy people contact as much as you enjoy following processes and procedures
- Advanced computer skills – all MS office suite programs
