Diggers The Entrance is a progressive licensed club located on the Central Coast of NSW overlooking Tuggerah Lakes. The award winning club offers first class facilities such as: a connecting 52 room Ibis Styles Hotel; dining and conference facilities; 24hr state-of-the-art Fitness Centre; Café, and impressive entertainment that has earned its reputation as one of the Central Coast's most prestigious venues.
We are seeking experienced customer service professionals to deliver the highest level of customer service to our patrons in Bar, Gaming & catering in the following roles;
Customer Service Officer - Bar & Gaming (Casual)
Barista & Customer Service Officer - Catering (Casual)
CUSTOMER SERVICE must be your PASSION, and not just your job!
'diggers' ideal candidates possess the following skills & experience:
- Have full availability to work varied rostered shifts that include day, night, weekend & Public Holiday shifts.
- Must have previous gaming experience which includes Electronic Gaming Machines, Cashier, Keno and TAB
- Previous Hospitality experience in customer service roles in Food & Beverage, Events or cafe operations.
- Ability to be multi-skilled in varied positions within the club
- Exceptional customer service skills
- A positive "can do" attitude and a friendly outgoing personality
- Well-groomed and excellent presentation skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Possess current RSA Competency Card
- Must have valid RCG Competency Card & Advanced Responsible Conduct of Gambling (ARCG)
- Be over the age of 18 years old
