Job Description:
We are seeking a competent and organised full-time Secretary for a maternity cover role with a high possibility of transitioning to a permanent position after the three-month probation period. The role will commence immediately for the right candidate.
The position primarily involves providing administrative support, processing orders and maintaining effective communication with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Process incoming orders promptly and accurately.
- Handle daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and document
preparation. - Communicate with customers via phone calls and emails, providing assistance and addressing inquiries.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist in managing inventory and stock levels.
- Provide general office support as needed.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar administrative role is desired.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Proficiency in MYOB is desired.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
