The Opportunity

The primary responsibility of this role will be to provide exceptional customer service in all dealings with investors, advisors, and other professionals. This role is multifaceted in nature, where the daily workload will consist of both incoming calls and administration duties. Additionally, this role will assist and support other internal teams such as the Sales Desk and Business Development Managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inbound and outbound calls dealing with investors, advisors and other professionals
  • Opening of new Investor, Dealer Group and Financial Planner accounts
  • Maintenance of existing accounts
  • Preparation of daily banking/cheque processing
  • Processing of deceased estate accounts, redemption payments and client transfers
  • Responding to enquiries from the investor services mailbox
  • Weekly and monthly reporting
  • Generation of Supplementary Product Disclosure Statements (SPDSs)
  • KYC/AML/CTR and Suspicious Matters reporting

About You

  • Unit Registry experience is essential for this role
  • A minimum of one year experience in an administration or similar role within Financial Services
  • Tertiary qualification in economics, commerce or business highly regarded
  • Strong organisational, prioritisation and time management skills
  • Excellent administration skills along with a high attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment to meet group deadlines
