We are seeking a Perth based Enterprise Account Executive, who will be accountable for achieving quota by selling Commvault solutions into a defined account list that may include current Commvault customers and high value prospects!

You get to plan, coordinate, lead and control sales growth, account penetration and positive customer outcomes on a long-term multi-quarter basis.

This role is looking after the WA/SA territory and open to someone who is based in either Perth or Adelaide only.

How You’ll Have Impact:

  • Achieve quarterly and annual quotas by selling to new and established, large and enterprise prospects, partners and alliances.
  • Develop and implement Strategic account plans for target account expansion and new account acquisition. To include performance objectives, financial targets and personal goals for a one and three-year period.
  • Build sales campaigns into target accounts and closely coordinate company executive involvement with customer/prospect leadership.
  • Collaborate with Commvault’s cross functional teams (SE, Partner Teams, Marketing etc.) to develop a detailed Commercial Growth Plan to attract and engage new customers and grow existing buying relationships, and ultimately strongly execute against the Plan to deliver results.
  • Leverage all resources to include inside sales, field sales, partners, channels, sales engineers, professional services, executive sponsors, finance, deal desk, and legal to drive a prospect to healthy, long-term relationships

In Your Toolkit:

  • Demonstrable success in software sales at the enterprise level; selling six-and-seven figure deals.
  • Background in Security/SaaS industry
  • Knowledge of Data management / Data security industry, products, competitors, history, emerging trends and changing marketplace.
  • Proven success in identifying, establishing relationships, and selling directly and with channel partners.
  • Passion for selling into both new and existing enterprise level accounts at C-suites level.
  • Strong collaborator and possess ability to collaborate with Commvault’s cross functional teams (SE, Partner Teams, Marketing etc.) to develop a detailed Commercial Growth Plan, and strongly execute against the Plan to deliver results.
