Greigs Legal has an exciting opportunity for a solicitor to join us on a permanent full-time basis at our office located in Gregory Hills NSW.
Role Description
As a solicitor at Greigs Legal, you will:
- Manage your own caseload of family law matters, including divorce applications, binding financial agreements, child custody, spousal maintenance, and property settlements
- Attend directions hearings and other procedural hearings
- Communicate effectively with clients, and other professionals
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism, ethics and integrity
- Deliver outcomes that prioritise client satisfaction
About you
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Admission as a solicitor in Australia
- Experience in family law is preferred but not essential
- A positive and friendly attitude
- Excellent customer service skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
