If you're looking to play a key role in shaping the future of a high-growth e-commerce business, we’d love to hear from you!Job Overview:We are looking for a high-energy, dynamic Digital Website Operations Coordinator to join our team in Sydney on a part-time basis, with the potential to transition to full-time based on performance within six months. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience and a passion for e-commerce and website operations.
Key Responsibilities:Act as the primary point of contact for our CRO and other website operations consultants, ensuring smooth communication and project execution.Collaborate with external partners on UX/UI improvements, driving initiatives to enhance the user experience.Manage the logistical aspects of the website, including coordinating updates and ensuring operational efficiency.Support the Marketing team with any on-ground initiatives including video shoots for website, contributing to the overall marketing strategy.Handle cross-functional projects, ensuring timely and effective execution.Support SEM, SEO teams with digital data to inform decision-making and improve website performance.
Requirements:Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce or website operations.Strong operational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication skills, with experience liaising with external agencies and partners.Basic understanding of digital data and analytics.Experience in UX/UI or operations is a plus but not required.
