The Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Motor Mechanic to join our team. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of vehicles, ensuring all work meets our high standards. This is a unique chance to be part of our growing team and contribute to the successful running of this great business.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform vehicle diagnostics and accurately identify issues.
- Carry out repairs and maintenance on cars and light trucks.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and manufacturer guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate effectively with team members.
- Communicate with customers about their vehicle needs.
- Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies.
About You
- Formal qualifications in Automotive Mechanics (e.g., Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology).
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a qualified Motor Mechanic.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Responsible and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Valid Australian driver's license and own tools.
- AIS Inspection certificate is a plus but not required.
