We are a supportive, 3-chair dental practice with a strong focus on preventative oral care and delivering exceptional patient experiences. We are looking for an enthusiastic and versatile Dental Assistant (All-Rounder) to join our team. Whether you have prior experience in the dental field or are eager to learn, this opportunity is open to all candidates.

LOCATION
Our practice is located in beautiful Batemans Bay on the stunning South Coast of NSW. Just a 5-minute drive from the beach, it’s the perfect setting for work-life balance, allowing you to unwind and enjoy the area's natural beauty after work.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking candidates who are:
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Proactive in taking ownership of their development and performance
- Open to feedback and capable of following detailed instructions, policies, and procedures
- Committed to high-quality work and continuous improvement
- Available Monday through Thursday, with full availability
- Local to Batemans Bay or willing to relocate
- Team-oriented and focused on providing excellent patient care
In this role, you will be trained across all aspects of the practice, including chair-side assistance, sterilisation and reception duties. Flexibility is key, as you will step into any role required to support our practice's day-to-day operations.
To excel in this position, you’ll enjoy interacting with patients, building relationships, and providing outstanding patient care to the Batemans Bay community.
