Key Responsibilities:- Plan, implement, and evaluate engaging, age-appropriate educational programs based on the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS) .
- Create a nurturing, safe, and inclusive learning environment that supports children's holistic development.
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Observe and assess children's development and provide ongoing feedback to families.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification.
- Current Working with Children Check .
- Previous experience working in an early childhood education setting, with a strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children, families, and colleagues.
- Passionate about early childhood education and making a difference in children's lives.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other educators.
