We’re looking for a welcoming Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our Busways National Support Office in Pymble. In this role, you’ll not only create a great first impression for visitors but also provide vital administrative support to our team.

- Be the face of our office – Greet visitors with a warm welcome and assist with their enquiries.
- Handle phone and email enquiries – Answer professionally and efficiently, ensuring timely responses.
- Keep things running smoothly – Manage mail, deliveries, and supplies, including stationery, kitchen essentials, and readymade lunches.
- Coordinate meetings – Set up rooms, prepare materials, and ensure everything is ready for a seamless experience.
- Own the front desk – Keep reception organised and ensure a welcoming presence at all times.
- Support events and travel – Assist with catering, travel bookings, and accommodation arrangements.
- Provide admin support – Help with data entry and other administrative tasks for the People Services and Systems team.
- Jump in where needed – Take on ad-hoc tasks to support the smooth running of the office.

What We’re Looking for in the Successful Candidate:
- Previous experience working in a similar role.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills with the ability to influence.
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills.
- Knowledge of Busways Operations working environment and its intricacies and a sound ability to communicate and engage with employees at all levels.
- Demonstrated knowledge including, complaint handling, work, health and safety, policies and procedures, inclusion, and diversity.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, the capacity to successfully deliver high quality outcomes and meet deadlines.
- Leadership capability, experience and demonstrated capacity to coach others.
- Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
- Demonstrated ability to use initiative and maintain a high degree of confidentiality when dealing with complex matters.
- Be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or have unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Hold a current Unrestricted Australian drivers licence issued by the relevant State
