Key Responsibilities:
- Liaising regularly with the Mortgage Broker, lenders, solicitors, clients and other third parties during the application process
- Assistance in lodgement of loan applications
- Ensuring all documents are received from clients and coordinating with clients & other parties for any missing documents
- Follow up with lenders to ensure smooth progress of the application
- Signing loan documents with the clients
- Sending out credit guides & diary management
- Phone and diary management
- Management of email inbox when required
- Provide other administrative support where required
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Loan Processor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Committed to professional development and staying current with industry practices.
