In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a seamless and professional experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Office Maintenance: Oversee daily opening and closing duties, ensuring the office is tidy, organized, and ready for business each day.
- Appointment Scheduling: Manage appointment bookings, coordinate schedules, and confirm client meetings.
- Customer Service: Handle client inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and in-person, providing excellent service and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Social Media Management: Maintain and update our social media platforms, promoting services and engaging with our audience.
- Communication: Respond promptly to emails and phone calls, addressing customer needs and maintaining a positive relationship with clients.
- Distribute information to clients and collect necessary documents.
- Provide administrative support to brokers with routine tasks.
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media management and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
