About the Role: As a Cook at Nabiac Hotel, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals while ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly. You’ll have the opportunity to bring fresh ideas to the menu and work in a supportive, team-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of pub-style meals to a high standard.
- Assist in menu development and maintaining food quality.
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are met.
- Maintain stock levels and assist with ordering supplies.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
- Previous experience as a Cook in a pub or restaurant setting.
