The Role:
In the position of Assistant Venue Manager, you will ensure the smooth daily operations of the Venue, help to recruit and train the team to be successful, work alongside the Venue Manager to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed. You will be handed a portfolio in the venue to call your own with KPI's to be adhered too on a daily basis.
Skills and Attributes:
* Relative certificates including RSA and RMLV
* Experience in creating memorable experiences in a high-volume venue
* Competent in running shifts and training staff
* A high level of attention to detail and a forward-thinking professional
* Great communication skills and be fun, dynamic, and outgoing
