Description:
We are seeking dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our team, providing essential care for 2 female clients living in a SIL home.Care Requirements:
- Mobility assistance, including hoist transfers.
- Pressure care management.
- Meal preparation and support following a dysphagia-specific meal plan.
- Personal care, including continence management.
- Medication administration.
- Community access and daily living support.
Week 1:
Wednesday 6:00am - 10:00am
Thursday: 6:00am - 3:00pm
Friday: 6:00am - 9:00am
Saturday: 6:00am - 9:00am
Week 2:
Monday: 6:00am - 9:00am
Tuesday: 6:00am - 9:00am
Thursday: 6:00am - 3:00pm
Friday: 6:00am - 9:00am
Saturday: 5:00pm - 8:00pm
Your Certificates and Licences:
- NDIS Workers Screening Check (Current)
- Working with Children Check (Current)
- Australian Driver's License
- Comprehensive Insurance on Vehicle
- NDIS Orientation Module - Quality, Safety and You
- First Aid and CPR (Current)
