New Graduate support; includes weekly supervision, slow and gradual increase of caseload, work shadowing opportunities and mentoring from a very experience team. You will participate in fortnightly discipline specific meetings to discuss challenges in your caseload and undertake multidisciplinary training to develop your knowledge.
What you will be doing:
You will be conducting initial assessments, creating tailored therapy plans using evidence based practices, facilitating purposeful therapy, taking progress notes and generating NDIS reports (with the support of your Team Leader). As your skills grow, you will have opportunities to take on further training, and potentially leadership responsibilities if you wish!
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- SPA membership
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Drivers license and own vehicle - preferred
