You’ll be part of a specialist service and technical support team , working closely with dealerships, internal teams, and engineering professionals to ensure top-tier product quality and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Technical Analysis & Reporting:
•Conduct failure mode analysis and provide technical reports to the manufacturer.
•Analyse warranty claim data , predict failure trends, and suggest countermeasures.
•Collaborate with the Parts Department to ensure availability of critical components.
Service & Technical Support:
•Provide high-level technical guidance to dealerships and service teams.
•Support recall and service campaigns , ensuring effective implementation of corrective actions.
•Assist in diagnostic software testing and the development of service bulletins.
Process & Quality Improvement:
•Continuously improve technical processes , identify areas for enhancement, and contribute to innovation in vehicle diagnostics and service solutions.

What You Need to Succeed:
✔ Experience: Minimum 5 years in the automotive industry , preferably in technical support or a similar role.
✔ Technical Skills: Strong mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic expertise , coupled with problem-solving and analytical abilities.
✔ Education & Certifications:
• Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology (or equivalent).
• Degree qualification in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
✔ Software Proficiency: Strong Microsoft Office (Excel) skills, experience with ERP/CRM systems (IDS or similar) preferred.
✔ Licences: Open driver’s licence (suitable for test vehicles) .

This role is only available to current Australian or New Zealand citizens or Permanent Residents.
