This amazing opportunity has come up for a candidate with a strong trade background. Whether you have been a carpenter your whole career or stepping away from supervising new home builds from start to finish this opportunity could be the one for you.This position will be liaising with clients directly to understand the issue that needs to be repaired, then organizing trades and suppliers to then complete the works. You will need to be highly experienced and preferably have some experience in the custom field.
Role:
- Directly reporting to the Construction Manager
- Liaising with clients trades and suppliers
- Scheduling and programming
- Overseeing safety and following company policies
- Preparing reports and providing updates to Construction Manager
- Carpenter with experience over other trade areas
- QBCC is a bonus
- Qualified carpenter
- Maintenance or Supervising experience
- Custom Home experience as a carpenter or Supervisor
Offer:
- 100k - 120k + Super depending on experience
- Immediate start available
- Projects within 20km of Brisbane
