The Partners are young and building a truly collegiate team working on a mix of matters.About the role: Working with two Partners you will be a key member of the team ideally at Associate or Senior Associate level. The work the team does is of a very high quality, and this particular role will see you working more closely with one of the Partners in particular across:
- advising on acquisitions, divestments and general corporate advisory to mining industry clients;
- various corporate, commercial and contracts advisory work;
- land access
- native title & cultural heritage issues.
- come from an energy/resources, environmental or associate practice with a minimum 3 years' post admission (ideally at 4-8 years' PAE) experience ideally gained at a top tier or large national law firm;
- have strong technical legal experience in energy and resources / environmental law; and
- have good client skills given you will have lots of client contact in this role.
- a role within a close knit, small and collegiate team where you will be a key senior team member and be able to shape the future of the team;
