• Relevant degree and professional qualifications (CA, CPA, CTA).
• Experience in corporate tax compliance and advisory, ideally within public practice.
• Strong technical knowledge, a proactive approach to client management, and a track record of cross-selling services.
• Leadership experience, including coaching and mentoring team members.
