As a Corporate Tax Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in leading the team, managing a prestigious client portfolio, and driving business development efforts. You will have a direct influence on the strategic growth of the practice while providing tailored, expert tax solutions to high-profile clients across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth by building strong client relationships and identifying new market opportunities.
- Lead client service teams, ensuring top-notch service delivery.
- Offer tailored, strategic tax advice and resolve complex tax issues.
- Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, ensuring continuous development and technical excellence.
- Oversee the review of income tax returns and provisions.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and governance frameworks for corporate clients.
- Provide guidance on business structuring, tax due diligence, and cross-border tax matters.
- Degree in Business, Commerce, or Finance with a major in Accounting.
- CA qualification (or equivalent).
- Extensive experience in corporate tax advisory, compliance, and consulting.
- Proven track record in business development, client acquisition, and relationship management.
- Leadership and mentoring experience, with a passion for growing and developing high-performing teams.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at the highest levels.
