Hillstone St Lucia, one of Brisbane’s favourite wedding and event venues, is seeking a Full-Time Front of House Events Supervisor to join our dynamic and growing events team! This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and direct our weddings, corporate events, and private functions while contributing to our reputation for excellence.
As an Events Supervisor , you will play a key role in managing and ensuring the smooth running of events, from start to finish, delivering an exceptional experience for our clients. You’ll lead the front-of-house team, train, motivate, and maintain the highest standards of customer service.
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in a similar Front of House Supervisor role (or equivalent).
- A passion for the hospitality industry with a commitment to maintaining a high standard of customer service.
- Strong personnel management skills with the ability to supervise, train, and motivate staff.
- Excellent personal presentation and attention to detail
- Highly motivated with a hands-on approach and a fantastic work ethic and personality.
- Flexible availability and the ability to work weekends and evenings, as this is not an office-based role.
- Experience and/or qualifications in the hospitality or tourism sectors will be an advantage.
This is a full-time, salaried position.
