We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our Maroochydore Store in a Permanent Full Time position.
The Maroochydore opening hours are Monday to Saturday (NO nights)
As the Assistant Store Manager you will:
- Customer service and processing sales
- Tinting and mixing of paint
- Working with the team to achieve store targets
- Being customer focused by providing an exceptional customer service
- You will also perform regular stock takes, stock replenishment, unpacking and storing or inward goods
- Using Pallet jacks , walkie stackers and other devices to assist with manual handling
- Support Store Manager with admin related tasks and other duties as required
In order to be considered you will have:
- 3-5 years previous retail experience
- Looking for the chance to move into a leadership role- Training provided
- Proven experience in meeting and exceeding sales and KPI goals
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Sound computer skills: MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
- Great time management and the ability to prioritize and multi-task
We are looking for a team player looking to develop their retail career into a leadership role in a company that offers development and growth to its employees. Knowledge of the paint industry couldn’t hurt either, however, being comfortable with manual handling and working in a trade environment is a must.
