About the role
- The ability to discuss Critical / Non-critical & Non-conformance defects with clients.
- Proven experience in account management or sales within the Fire Protection Industry.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and key accounts.
- Self-motivated and proactive in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
Skills
- Must have at least two years experience within the fire industry.
- Good understanding of AS1851 and other relevant Australia Standards.
- Ability to quote and provide new service agreements is highly regarded.
- Excellent customer service skills using telephone and email.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and highly organised.
- Familiarity with job management systems (Uptick/Firemate preferred) & Client Portals.
