Your Impact:
Reporting to the State Team Leader and based remotely in either Brisbane or the Gold Coast, you will play a key role in driving field sales operations, ensuring strong retail execution, and expanding our presence in supermarkets, IGA stores, and multi-site operator accounts. You will be responsible for your own territory, ensuring strong relationships and a high standard of execution in-store. As a solution-focused individual with a continuous improvement mindset, you will also leverage data to make decisions with efficiency and confidence.
More specifically, you will be involved in:
- Delivering on growth objectives and KPIs while seeking opportunities to achieve targets.
- Collating market intelligence and reporting back to the business.
- Networking and collaborating with stakeholders within the field sales team, support office, and broader business.
- Engaging and promoting our products to expand distribution and shelf facings.
- Creating networks and building relationships with key stakeholders.
- Routinely visiting and cold calling corporate/independent supermarkets/grocers in the assigned territory.
- Supporting WHS safety initiatives alongside the NFSM and WHS Champion Team.
What you will bring:
- FMCG experience is essential to be considered for this role.
- Successful Territory Management or Sales Representative experience, consistently exceeding company objectives.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and professional presentation.
- Willingness to travel intrastate and interstate.
- Ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and implement state-related action items.
- Results-driven mindset with strong time management skills.
- IT proficiency, including MS Office Teams (particularly Excel) and CRM systems.
- Ability to make independent decisions and resolve issues effectively.
- A valid Queensland Driver's License.
