This is an exciting opportunity for a school leaver or someone just starting their career to step into the world of finance broking. As part of a close-knit administration team, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting our brokers while training to become a mortgage broker yourself.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Collecting and organising supporting documents from clients
• Preparing and submitting loan applications
• Presenting loan applications to lenders and credit assessors for approval
• Tracking loan progress from submission to settlement and keeping clients informed at every stage
• Workshopping solutions to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a passion for numbers, real estate, and customer experience
• Maintains a high level of professionalism at all times
• Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Has a strong work ethic and a 'can-do' attitude
• Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
• Pays great attention to detail and values accuracy
• Demonstrates strong data entry skills and the ability to learn quickly
• Is highly organised, adept at multitasking, and able to work autonomously
• Is an Australian citizen or permanent resident
