About your new role
- Creating and maintaining an inclusive, fun, safe, healthy, productive and effective learning environment.
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the broader community.
- Ensuring all health, safety and centre policies are adhered to along with licensing, legislation & regulations.
- Contributing to the effective operation of the workplace by supporting colleagues, sharing ideas and information and working collaboratively in our team.
A little about you
- A Diploma or higher qualification in Children’s Services as approved by ACECQA.
- Current WWCC, approved first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications.
- Experience in an early childhood setting.
- A sound understanding of the EYLF and NQF.
- Prior experience and confidence in leading a classroom setting and writing educational programs.
- Strong leadership skills and an ability to confidently guide and mentor your peers.
