About the Role
The People and Culture (P&C) Officer works under general direction to provide the P&C branch with administrative support in relation to generalist human resources management, learning and development
and work health and safety matters, including accurate data entry and collection for reporting. They are also responsible for providing timely responses, advice and quality customer service for routine enquiries
from employees and managers.

The EPA is South Australia’s independent environment protection regulator. The organisation works to protect, restore and improve the environment through the risk-based regulation of pollution, waste, noise and radiation. The EPA works closely with industry, the community and government to protect the unique natural environment while supporting economic growth and improving wellbeing. The EPA is responsible for the administration of the Environment Protection Act 1993 (EP Act) and the Radiation Protection and Control Act 2021 (RPC Act) and also exercises responsibilities under other South Australian planning and environmental legislation.

Remuneration
ASO3 ($67,589 - $72,033 per annum) + 11.5% super to your choice of superfund.
Contract
Up to twelve (12) month contract and full time (37.5 hours per week).
- This role has been designated as a Position of Trust pursuant to the standards required in the Australian Government Protective Security Policy Framework. A current National Police Clearance is essential.
