About the Role:
As part of this close-knit team, you will handle a variety of family law matters, including:

• Complex property settlements and financial disputes
• Parenting and custody arrangements
• Divorce, separation, and de facto relationship matters
• Binding financial agreements and spousal maintenance
• Mediation, dispute resolution, and litigation

You will have the full support of senior lawyers and partners who are dedicated to helping you develop your skills and progress in your career. The firm’s management prioritises a positive and inclusive workplace, ensuring that every team member is valued and supported.
Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of post-admission experience in family law (private practice desirable)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A team-focused mindset with a passion for collaboration
• Ability to achieve billable targets
• Ability to manage cases independently while seeking support when needed
