The CompanySenior Accountant required for this fast growing technology business based in Perth. While this company has been around for 10+ years, through new investment and the launch of new products they are expecting considerable growth in the next 12 months.
The Role
Reporting to the Managing Director based in Sydney this role will oversee the day-to-day running of the finance team, business partner with GM's and Executives and work closely with the MD to implement a new system and best practice processes. You will manage a team of three and be responsible for:
- Managing month and year-end processes and preparing all statutory financial accounts
- Hands on in all aspects of month end accounting including journals, reconciliations and month end close
- Ownership of financial systems
- Manage relationships with external providers and auditors
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and consolidations
Your Profile
You will be a qualified Senior Accountant who has managed a full yearly cycle of accounts while overseeing a team. You will be looking for career progression in the long term but understand this is a hands on role that will reward patience on the career front.
