TEN Recruitment is working with a well-respected home builder to source an experienced Residential Construction Supervisor . This role offers a rare opportunity to manage a round of approximately 25 homes (primarily single-storey) across the Kwinana and Baldivis area , ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day site operations , ensuring projects progress according to schedule.
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and material deliveries to maintain efficiency.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure all builds meet design specifications and industry standards.
- Address on-site challenges promptly while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Ensure strict adherence to workplace safety and OH&S regulations .
- Provide regular project updates to the Construction Manager and stakeholders.
- Proven experience supervising residential home builds (single and double-storey).
- Strong time management and organisational skills to handle multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to liaise with clients, trades, and suppliers.
- Ability to read and interpret building plans and specifications accurately.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Australian building codes and safety regulations .
- Perth-based experience and full Australian work rights .
