Description:
- Source and secure student field placements for the Master of Social Work.
- Deliver quality teaching and unit coordination in social work.
- Undertake research and obtain research funding, individually or in collaboration, as well as supervising research students and contribute to the academic environment of the School.
About you
- Up to five years social work practice experience in a relevant industry setting.
- High-level self-management skills with the ability to efficiently work on multiple tasks simultaneously and meet required deadlines.
- Experience in the supervision of social work students on field placements.
- Knowledge of and strong networks within the health and human services sectors.
- Capacity to obtain research grants and undertake research.
Note : A current National Police Clearance Certificate, Working with Children Check, and “C” class driver’s licence will be required by the successful applicant.
