The role

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join the Nobu team in a Bar Useful (Bar Assistant) role.
This is a Part Time role whereby you would be allocated anywhere between 32 - 64 Hours Per Fortnight.
In this role, you’ll provide joyful dining experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:
- Providing excellent customer service
- Ensuring guest satisfaction through time management and multi-tasking
- Strong attention to detail through both service and menu knowledge.
About you
You’ll bring the following:
- A passion for customer service
- Experience within a bar or restaurant environment is preferred
- Reliability and a trustworthy attitude
- Excellent time management skills.
Additional Information
To be successful, you’ll:
- Hold or willing to obtain a current RSA certificate.
This role requires you to:
- Work across a rotating roster of morning, daytime, and evening shifts
- Have previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
- Show a willingness to learn 3 plate carry and tray service of drinks.
