THE ROLE
Responsibilities
Based at our Mandurah store, you will become a valued member of the team and have rostered shifts in the store, along with having the flexibility to cover additional shifts as required. Key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Provide expert professional customer service to our retail and trade customers
- Promote and expand our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts
- Develop strong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choice
- Achieve and exceed personal sales targets
- Supporting other team members to ensure business goals are met
- Contribute to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeeping
- Previous experience in a customer service environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to genuinely connect with your customers
- An energetic and enthusiastic approach to all aspects of your job
- A strong attention to detail
