In 2024, we made the finals for the 5th time in a row, shattered attendance records, went viral on TikTok, and turned RAC Arena green with our amazing Green Army!

The Role:
As the Commercial Partnerships & Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting and servicing key partners within our sponsorship portfolio. This role requires strong relationship management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple moving parts to ensure successful partnership outcomes.
Reporting to the Senior Partnerships Manager, you will work in collaboration with the broader Commercial, Media, Marketing and Events team to support the sponsorship servicing experience and proactively secure new business across corporate and commercial.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Relevant qualifications in marketing, communications, events or relevant discipline or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education and training
- First class interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in customer service and/or account management
- Proven experience in consumer facing sales role
- Attention to detail and accuracy in performing work
- Innovative and proactive personality demonstrating a can do attitude
- A current ‘C’ class WA driver’s license and a Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain one).

Hours of Work
This is a permanent full time position, working 37.5 hours per week. The sport industry operates outside of traditional business hours, including weekends. To succeed in this role, you must be willing and able to work when and where sport is happening. We have a flexible approach to ensuring our people can balance their family life and personal commitments alongside the demands of the industry.
Salary
A competitive salary will be negotiated with the successful applicant dependent on level of experience.
