Are you an experienced event manager with a passion for sports and a knack for creating unforgettable experiences? West Coast Fever is seeking a dynamic and creative Event Manager to join our vibrant team on a part-time basis at the Gold Netball Centre in Jolimont.
About Us:
West Coast Fever, part of Netball WA, is a powerhouse in the netball world, known for our energetic and passionate approach both on and off the court. In 2024, we made the finals for the 5th time in a row, shattered attendance records, went viral on TikTok, and turned RAC Arena green with our amazing Green Army!

The Role:
As the Event Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events for West Coast Fever and Netball WA. This role requires a high level of creativity, organization, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You will work closely with the Head of Marketing, Brand & Events and the Senior Events Coordinator to ensure all events are executed flawlessly and align with our brand values.
This role is part time, working 22.5hours (0.6FTE) per week on a 6 month max term contract ,with possible extension. We have a flexible approach to ensuring our people can balance their family life and personal commitments alongside the demands of the industry.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Demonstrated strong experience in event management, preferably in a sporting context
- Strong stakeholder relationship management experience
- First-class organisational and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Innovative, proactive, creative personality
- A current ‘C’ class WA driver’s license and a Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain one).
