We are seeking an Executive Assistant to join our INPEX Development team in Perth on an Employee 2 Year Max Term contract. Join us in helping shape a brighter energy future.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing executive assistant and support & coordination to the Development Division leadership (VP Development + GMs)
  • Coordinate and arrange internal/external meetings as required, including catering services when necessary. Welcome and assist visitors upon arrival.
  • Respond to and manage incoming telephone and email inquiries, appointment requests, and invitations for functions and conferences.
  • Handle travel plans
  • Arrangements for townhall meetings, management briefing, functions/events, and seminars.

Successful candidates will:

  • Tertiary qualifications (i.e. University degree) preferred.
  • Prior experience in Executive Assistant roles, supporting senior and executive leaders.
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills
  • Business writing skills for correspondences, speeches, presentations.
  • Highly organized with strong sense of prioritization.

This role is for applicants residing in or willing to relocate to Perth.
