The Role:
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will drive new business acquisition, nurture existing relationships, and source high-calibre freelance candidates for critical roles. We put you in the driving seat of your career, a meritocracy where your hard work is rewarded.
This is a sales-focused career path rather than an HR/Internal or Talent Acquisition role.
Responsibilities Include:
- Sourcing, head-hunting and screening candidates through various channels
- New business development, lead generation, building and maintaining client relationships.
- Networking and attending industry-specific events
- Meeting activity-based and sales targets on a daily, weekly, and quarterly basis
What We’re Looking For:
- Recent graduate or graduate-calibre candidate with relevant sales experience
- A growth mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and feedback
- Proven persistence, consistency, and resilience
- Target-driven with strong attention to detail
- Naturally inquisitive with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Current right to work status in the location you’re applying for
