Cabrini Women’s Mental Health Service is seeking a compassionate and experienced Drug and Alcohol Clinician to join our multidisciplinary team. About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will:

Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based interventions

Offer care coordination to ensure continuity of treatment across services

Deliver expert consultation within a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care

Conduct comprehensive assessments and formulate treatment plans tailored to client needs

Facilitate community linkages to support recovery and enhance social functioning

Contribute to the development and leadership of our evolving service

About You

We are looking for a clinician who:

Has a strong background in drug and alcohol treatment within mental health settings

Demonstrates expertise in assessment, intervention, and care planning

Values multidisciplinary collaboration and integrated care

Is passionate about supporting women’s mental health and recovery

Embodies Cabrini’s values—Compassion, Integrity, Courage, and Respect

Willing to work a weekend shift (either Saturday or Sunday)
