- Maintain our HSW Management System and identify opportunities to continually improve the system based on consultation with the business and industry best practices.
- Support the development of Power BI Reports and Dashboards (possibly using DAX, data modelling, Power Query Editor, and SQL) for transforming, visualising, and researching HSW data.
- Drive culture through participation in directing HSW activities including inspections, HSW committee meetings, and training sessions.
- Investigate and interpret HSW data to identify incident trends and key risk areas, to help influence stakeholders in their settlements.
- Support incident investigations and review corrective actions to ensure we are learning and improving in our approach to HSW at Aussie.
- Collaborate with Facilities, People Partnering, People Services, and Capability & People Experience teams to drive HSW outcomes.
- Assist in the planning, development, and delivery of Aussie HSW initiatives.
- Streamline, automate, and drive efficiencies in HSW processes.
