Sports Aid is Hiring Water Polo Coaches!

Welcome to Sports Aid!
We are a service provider of Umpires & Referees, First Aid Responders, Sports Trainers, and Coaches for school, community, semi-professional, and corporate sports events and competitions across Australia. Established in 2023, we are dedicated to promoting sports development and ensuring fair play by prioritising sportsmanship and ensuring the safety and well-being of students & players.

Availability Requirements:
You must be available on Thursdays between 4:15 PM and 7:30 PM. The coach must be available for the entire duration of this timeframe.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training drills tailored to water polo.
  • Instruct players in proper techniques, including passing, shooting, and positioning.
  • Analyse player performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Assist players in setting and achieving their performance goals.

  • Create your work schedule based on personal availability.
  • Receive a confirmation of your allocated shifts.

Payment Details:

  • All coaching positions are paid.
  • Payment is processed fortnightly on Fridays.

Requirements:

  • Eligibility to work in Australia.
  • SA Working with Children Check .
  • Specialised knowledge and expertise in water polo.
  • Coaching accreditation/qualification (desirable).
  • Elite playing experience (strongly encouraged to apply).
  • Sound understanding of game rules & regulations.
  • Strong grasp of training techniques and strategies.
  • Proven coaching experience (desirable).
  • Exceptional teaching and communication skills.

Pay: $25.00 – $80.00 per day

  • Afternoon shift
  • Evening shift
  • Morning shift
